MP Dhar | September 16, 2025 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Dhar, Madhya Pradesh on September 17, 2025, where he will launch a series of major health and development initiatives. He will launch the ‘Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar’ campaign, the 8th National Nutrition Month and inaugurate the PM Mitra Park. He will also lay the foundation stone of projects focused on healthcare, nutrition, tribal development and textile industry.
Largest Ever Health Outreach for Women and Children

At around 12 noon, the Prime Minister will launch the ‘Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar’ and ‘8th National Nutrition Month’ campaigns. Under this campaign, which will run from 17 September to 2 October, more than one lakh health camps will be organized at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, Community Health Centres, District Hospitals and other government facilities.
This campaign will be the largest ever health campaign for women and children in India. It aims to provide preventive, promotive and curative services while ensuring early detection and treatment of anemia, tuberculosis, sickle cell disease and non-communicable diseases. It will also promote maternal, child and adolescent health through nutrition and lifestyle initiatives.
Medical colleges, district hospitals and private healthcare institutions will provide specialist services in gynaecology, paediatrics, ophthalmology, ENT, dentistry, dermatology and psychiatry.
Holistic Health and Wellness Campaign
The campaign will extend multiple benefits, including:
- Yoga sessions, Ayurveda consultations, and Ayush services.
- Blood donation drives with registrations on the e-Raktkosh portal.
- On-spot enrollment under PM-JAY, Ayushman Vaya Vandana, and ABHA.
- Helpdesks for card verification and grievance redressal.
- Awareness programs on maternal health, immunization, menstrual hygiene, mental health, and nutrition.
Citizens will also receive encouragement to register as Nikshay Mitras on nikshay.in and support TB patients through nutrition and counselling.
Nearly 10 lakh women will get direct financial assistance under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY).
Digital Health Support: Suman Sakhi Chatbot
PM Modi will launch Suman Sakhi chatbot to spread awareness about maternal and child health. The AI-based tool will provide reliable information to pregnant women, especially in rural and remote areas, ensuring their access to essential services.
Tribal Development: ‘Adi Seva Parv’ and Sickle Cell Mission
Strengthening the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, the Prime Minister will launch the ‘Adi Seva Parv’ in Madhya Pradesh. The initiative will focus on health, education, skill development, nutrition, sanitation, water conservation and livelihoods in tribal areas. It will also take forward the Tribal Village Action Plan and Tribal Village Vision 2030 to create a long-term development roadmap.
Strengthening India’s fight against sickle cell anemia, the Prime Minister will distribute the one croreth sickle cell screening and counselling card for the state.
Boost to Textile Industry: PM MITRA Park in Dhar
In line with his 5F Vision (Farm to Fibre, Fibre to Factory, Factory to Fashion, Fashion to Foreign), PM Modi will inaugurate the PM MITRA Park in Dhar. Spanning 2,150 acres, the park will feature:
- A Common Effluent Treatment Plant
- A Solar Power Plant
- Modern industrial infrastructure and roads
The park has already attracted investment proposals worth ₹23,140 crore. It is expected to create around 3 lakh jobs and significantly boost textile exports. Cotton farmers in the region will benefit from better prices and higher incomes.
Women’s Empowerment and Environmental Conservation
As part of the Ek Bagiya Maa Ke Naam initiative, PM Modi will gift a sapling to a member of a women’s self-help group. Over 10,000 women in Madhya Pradesh will develop ‘Maa Ki Bagiya’, combining environmental protection with economic empowerment.
